Testing in prod isn't a bug.
It's a movement.
“Testing in prod” used to be an insult. Now it's how real software gets built. Vibe coding has made it possible for anyone to ship real tools in hours instead of months. The gap isn't talent — it's permission.
testinprod.ai gives people permission, hands them the tools, and laughs along the way. This site is the proof: a vibe-coded, AI-automated operation that practices what it preaches. Every post you see on the Feed was drafted by an AI, reviewed (usually briefly), and published without a staging environment.
The jokes are affectionate. We laugh with the culture, not at it. Everyone on this site, including us, has pushed a broken thing to prod at 4pm on a Friday. That's the content. That's the community.

› drafting: claude haiku 4.5, fed from HN + a few curated sources
› review: a human (one person, honestly) at /admin, mostly on their phone
› hosting: vercel, no staging environment, deploy on every approved draft
